Coffees from around the world each have distinct flavor characteristics based on several factors such as climate, altitude, specific coffee tree, etc. Because of our strict quality standards, J.Brooks uses only high grade Arabica. Green coffee is graded for its quality based on a number of factors that can affect the taste of your coffee."
